THE CHALLENGE

To create a clothing line for children inspired by the weather. The line includes items such as shoes and shirts for children, designed with colorful wavy patterns that look stylish and free-spirited. The logo was designed to solve the need for a simple, memorable mark that captured a playful mood; the “CoolKids” wordmark sits on a bright blue-to-yellow gradient that reflects sunny, changing skies. Two different color themes were chosen for the boys and girls; pink and orange evoke a sunny, spring mood, while the blue and green are perfect for cool and rainy days. A fun catalog was created to clearly present all the products in one place, including their descriptions and colorful kid-friendly icons that highlight their key features.
